Jetpack 6.7 is now available for download. This release brings you a few exciting new features that make your site faster and safer.
Site accelerator
Jetpack’s new site accelerator is out of beta! All customers can now choose to serve their site’s static CSS and JavaScript files from our lightning-fast Content Delivery Network. This speeds up your site’s load time for visitors, alleviates the stress on your server, and makes your site friendlier to search engines. Learn more about Jetpack’s new site accelerator and how it can improve your site.
Activity
We’re excited to introduce a convenient way to track changes made to your site. Activity, now available to all Jetpack customers, allows you to monitor updates to your site (everything from plugin installations and theme changes to comment approvals and post deletions), which makes it easier to troubleshoot and make repairs, should something go wrong. Learn more about Activity and how it can help you.
Twenty Nineteen support
We’ve made some important changes that will allow Jetpack to play nicely with the next default theme for WordPress, Twenty Nineteen. Included is support for Infinite Scroll, responsive videos, and Content Options. Our widgets and shortcodes have also been updated to work well with the theme’s design.
Sitemap improvements
Several enhancements have been made to our Sitemaps feature, including improved handling for sites that use a static home page and an automatic refresh after a Jetpack update.

I am not sure which plan I have anymore. Purchase another feature yesterday – Akismet won’t validate. I will surely try Jetpack 6.7 today.

You should be able to see your site’s plan here. If that does not help, don’t hesitate to email us and we will help you figure things out!

Thank you, Jeremy. Seems like I am ahead of myself. I have all the bits of individual pieces but not a full-featured plan to speak of. How do I correct that? I had a plan but had to rebuild my site all over after all.

First – lazy images means only a few images in a post will load. The scroll down images don’t load. Turn off Lazy images and they all show up.
Second – its no impossible to get Jetpack support. On the support page it says “You are not logged in. Please login now with your WordPress.com account so we can best support you.” After I login, I get sent back to the same page and it says
“You are not logged in. Please login now with your WordPress.com account so we can best support you.”
Its an infinite loop with no end in sight.

Sorry to hear you aren’t able to contact us for help. Do you get the same issues when you try to log in to WordPress.com here? Could you also try to use a different browser to log in, and see if it helps?
Let us know how it goes!

Ok I’m in using the link. The site is extremely slow to load pages – like 20-30 seconds. I turned off “Speed Up Static Files” and the time dropped to 10-15 seconds. Then I turned off “Enable Site Accelerator” and pages are loading in 3-5 seconds as usual.

That seems odd. If you have managed to access our contact form, could you send us an email so we can investigate some more wit you? Thank you!

No can do – all that happens when I login is that it loops me back to this screen. https://jetpack.com/contact-support/ asking me to login. That’s the first part of my issues and a frustrating one since I’m a paying subscriber and should not have to fight a support system to report an issue.
The second one – the real issue – is that the accelerator slows down page loading.
