How to write an FAQ page from real customer questions

The problem: You answer the same questions by email every week. An FAQ page would save you the time, but writing one from scratch never happens.
What your agent does: Your agent reads your contact form messages and groups the questions people ask again and again. It writes clear answers using what’s already on your site, shows you the list, and saves an FAQ page as a draft. It never copies names or email addresses.
What you get: A draft FAQ page built from real customer questions.
