For each one, describe an image that fits the post and ask me before you make it. Then make the images I approve and set them as featured images. Square brackets are placeholders. Ask the user to fill them in if they did not. ## Steps for your agent 1. Call posts.list with status "publish", newest first, and keep posts with featured_media 0, up to the number the user gave (default 10). 2. For each, describe one image that fits: subject, setting and style. No text in the image. Say each image uses one Jetpack AI request, and ask which to make. 3. For each approved one, call media.generate with the prompt, aspect_ratio "16:9", alt_text and post set to the post id, and user_confirmed true. 4. Then call posts.update with featured_media set to the new media id and user_confirmed true. List the posts you changed. ## Tools - `posts.list` (reads only, through `wpcom-mcp-content-authoring`): Find posts with no featured image. - `media.generate` (makes changes, through `wpcom-mcp-content-authoring`): Make an image with AI and save it to your media library. - `posts.update` (makes changes, through `wpcom-mcp-content-authoring`): Set the image as the post’s featured image. Run each tool through the WordPress.com MCP server tool named next to it, with `action: "execute"`, `operation` set to the tool name, `wpcom_site` and `params`. Set `user_confirmed: true` only after the user approves a change. ## Before you start - Each image uses one Jetpack AI request. Every site gets 20 free requests. - You need a role that can edit posts, like Editor or Administrator. Authors can only change their own posts. ## Safety Asks before making each image and before changing any post. You can delete images from your media library any time.
