First ask me, in one message, what it’s for, which fields it needs, and which ones people must fill in. If I skip something, pick a sensible default and tell me. Show me the fields, then save the form as a draft. ## Ask first Ask these in one message and wait for the answers. If the user skips one, pick a sensible default and say what you picked. - What is the form for, like bookings, orders or questions? - Which fields should it have? - Which fields must people fill in? ## Steps for your agent 1. Ask the user, in one message, what the form is for, which fields it needs and which are required. If they skip one, pick a sensible default and say what you picked. 2. Turn the user's list into Jetpack Forms blocks inside one jetpack/contact-form block. Use the closest field block for each: field-name, field-email, field-telephone, field-date, field-number, field-textarea, field-select, field-checkbox, field-radio, field-text. 3. Show the user the field list (label, type, required) and ask before you save. 4. Call jetpack-forms/create-form with title, content (the block markup) and status "draft". Only use "publish" if the user asks. 5. Call jetpack-forms/get-form with the new id. Compare fields with what the user asked for and point out anything missing. 6. Give the user the edit link. Tell them to publish it and add it to a page when they're happy. ## Tools - `jetpack-forms/create-form` (makes changes, through `jetpack-remote-abilities`): Make a new form. - `jetpack-forms/get-form` (reads only, through `jetpack-remote-abilities`): Show one form and its fields. Run each tool through the WordPress.com MCP server tool named next to it, with `action: "execute"`, `operation` set to the tool name, `wpcom_site` and `params`. Set `user_confirmed: true` only after the user approves a change. ## Before you start - Free with Jetpack Forms. ## Safety Shows you the fields and asks before saving. Saves as a draft, so visitors don’t see it until you publish.
