Put anything with a date or an order first. If I name a topic, search for it. After I’ve read them, ask before you mark them as read. ## Steps for your agent 1. Call jetpack-forms/get-status-counts with is_unread true. 2. Call jetpack-forms/get-responses with status "publish", is_unread true and per_page 50. Use search if the user gives a word or name. 3. Write one line per message: who, which form (entry_title), and what they want. Put time-sensitive ones (events, orders, dates) first. 4. Don't paste full email addresses or phone numbers unless the user asks. 5. Ask before marking as read. On yes, call jetpack-forms/update-response with each id and is_unread false. ## Tools - `jetpack-forms/get-status-counts` (reads only, through `jetpack-remote-abilities`): Count replies in your inbox, spam, and trash. - `jetpack-forms/get-responses` (reads only, through `jetpack-remote-abilities`): Read and search the replies people sent through your forms. - `jetpack-forms/update-response` (makes changes, through `jetpack-remote-abilities`): Mark a reply as read, unread, or spam, or move it to the trash.
