  1. am unable to contact support from any of my websites and many other elements not working, I will end all subsscriptions to jetpack and require a full refund on all sites soon if I fail to get a response, i

      Hi Nigel,

      I see a support request from you that was submitted earlier this morning. It looks like the ticket was assigned the wrong priority, so I’ve escalated it, and you’ll receive a reply in the next 10 – 15 minutes or so.
