Deprecation Warning for Self-Hosted Jetpack Installations

Effective August 2024, Version 13.7:
Jetpack will no longer include Google Analytics integration. This means that Google Analytics tag will no longer be included on your site, and website events will not be tracked.

The change will only affect self-hosted Jetpack installations. Sites hosted on WordPress.com will continue to support the Google Analytics integration.

To continue using the feature, you can choose an alternative way to add Google Analytics tag to your website. You could try one of the options suggested by Google.

If you’d like to continue using Jetpack’s Google Analytics functionality, we provide a plugin that brings it back to Jetpack. The plugin is not maintained, and is not available in the WordPress.org plugin repository. It is offered as is, and we cannot provide support to use it.

In order to use this non-maintained Google Analytics plugin, please install it manually:

1. Download the ZIP-archive with the plugin to your computer.
2. Upload the plugin archive to your site and activate it.
