Add an option to disable automatic daily vulnerability scans
Jetpack currently runs automatic vulnerability scans approximately every 24 hours, without providing an option to disable this scheduled scanning. This creates unnecessary duplication for users who already have a dedicated WordPress security plugin performing vulnerability checks on WordPress core, installed plugins, and themes.
