Jetpack’s Newest Features: From AI-powered Content Feedback to Faster Site Loads

In this update we cover the AI Assistant for writing feedback and post excerpts, how to use Social Notes to enable quick sharing without titles or formatting, how to control which blog posts get sent as emails with Jetpack Newsletter and the new cache module in Jetpack Boost which improves website performance by reducing load times.

AI Assistant

You can now use our AI Assistant to get feedback on your writing. Answer questions like: how could it be improved, are there any mistakes in the structure, or how you can strengthen the piece?

In addition to AI-generated feedback, you can ask AI to create excerpts for your posts. This is perfect for increasing the click-through rate on social media (or your blog post archive).

Social Notes

Jetpack Social has introduced Social Notes. Social Notes let you quickly share what’s on your mind without the need for titles or formatting and help bring more people back to your website. This helps you to strengthen your brand, grow your audience and monetize your site. When coupled with the Social Image Generator you can create scroll-stopping content that people can’t help but click.

Newsletter

With Jetpack Newsletter, you can now control whether a blog post gets sent out as an email to your subscribers. This is perfect for controlling how many emails people get from your website. Carefully choosing which content gets sent to your readers can keep your open rates high and your audience engaged.

Boost

Finally, new to Jetpack Boost is a cache module, which speeds up website performance by storing frequently accessed content locally, reducing load times for visitors. You can now let Jetpack Boost take care of even more of your site performance needs.

That’s it for this update. We’ll be producing more content over on YouTube so if you’ve not subscribed yet to our channel you can do so here.

How can I make sure these new interfaces to plagiarism engines are never activated on my blog? I do not want my work being fed into these things, and I don’t want big buttons everywhere in my blog saying HEY HELP THESE AI COMPANIES FILL THEIR DATABASES WITH STUFF TO PLAGARISE FOR THEIR PROFIT!

      HI Margaret,

Nothing is shared with AI if you don’t use any of the features provided by the AI Assistant.

I don’t want big buttons everywhere in my blog

We’ll be mindful of where the AI Assistant has it’s prompts to help you with content creation so they don’t end up big and everywhere in your blog.
