How to setup WordPress contact forms

Most websites and blogs have some kind of “About” or “Contact” page from where visitors or customers can get in touch.

Jetpack contact forms are easy to create without any coding and you can use as many as you want around your site. From the Gutenberg editor, you can simply add Jetpack’s Form block to any post or page.

As soon as you add a Form block, you’ll be able to choose from one of the pre-built forms: Contact Form, Newsletter Sign-up, RSVP, Registration, Appointment, or Feedback. 

You can also build your own WordPress contact forms from scratch, using a wide range of form fields: Name, Email, Website, Multi-line text, Text, Date Picker, Telephone, Checkbox, Checkbox Group, Radio, and Select.

You’re able to specify where email notifications will be sent, or leave them blank for the author of the post or page to by default receive any WordPress contact form submissions.
