Jetpack Social: Unlimited Sharing, Threads Support and More

Sharing your content on social media helps more people discover you. Posting regular content reminds people who you are and what your message is about.

Jetpack Social has long been a trusted tool for automating the sharing of your WordPress content to various social media platforms. Now, we’ve removed sharing limits so you can continue to create content without worrying about hitting sharing quotas.

In addition to removing the sharing limits, we also have new additions to make your content creation even more powerful:

  • Automatically share your updates to Threads
  • Easier sharing of content through improved UI

Jetpack Social is better than ever, and we’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

Unlimited Sharing for Everyone

In the past, Jetpack Social had a limit of 30 shares per 30 days for free users. We listened to your feedback and are happy to announce that we have removed this restriction. Now, everyone can enjoy unlimited sharing without any additional cost.

Using Jetpack Social removes the friction of needing to write updates on each of your social networks and saves you time and energy.

Automatically share to Threads

With the new version of Jetpack Social, you can now automatically share your content to Threads, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, Mastodon, LinkedIn, and more.

The integration works the same as the other networks. Once connected, your posts will be shared to Threads automatically, when it is published, helping you reach an even wider audience than before.

Easier Sharing Through A Better User Interface

Removing the sharing limit means we can simplify the features of our paid plan. It now allows you to share images and videos with your social media posts and provides access to the Social Image Generator, which creates images that make your content stand out when shared.

Until now, the interface for these media options has not been clear, and customers have reported difficulty knowing what will be shared. To help with this, we’ve simplified the options and revamped the social previews, ensuring that you can see how your post will look on each platform.

We hope you find these updates useful and are as excited about them as we are. We’d love to hear your feedback, too, so please let us know what you think in the comments below.

Thank you for adding Threads posting! When will it appear in our dashboards.

Also, I’ve been paying for Jetpack social so there wasn’t any limits, do I no longer need to pay for it?

Hi Jonathan – it should already be in your dashboards when you try to connect a social network.

Also, Iโ€™ve been paying for Jetpack social so there wasnโ€™t any limits, do I no longer need to pay for it?

There’s additional features in the paid plan (see the pricing cards here) which you may want to keep

Now just bring back X (Twitter) sharing and you’ll be good to go.

It can easily be done as X offers api access to dev accounts and the dev accounts have various levels from free to enterprise levels.

    Make it happen.

Any word on when twitter/x is coming back. The Free API provides 1,500 Posts per month or 50 requests a day.
