Goodreads Block

Integrate your Goodreads profile, showcasing your bookshelf, onto your site with The Goodreads Block.

Usage

To add the block to your page:

1. Navigate to the WordPress editor.
2. Click on the ‘+’ (Add Block) button.
3. Search for and select “Goodreads”.
4. Copy and paste the profile link for your Goodreads account
5. Choose between two layouts—Grid layout and List layout—available from the Block Toolbar.

Block Settings

Below is a highlight of the settings available for the block.

• Shelf: Choose what the block will display from your Goodreads account (e.g., Read, To Read, and Currently Reading).
• Title: This adjusts the title of your block as it appears on the front end. It’s currently set by default to “My Bookshelf”.
• Number of Books: Choose the number of books to be displayed by the block.
• Display Settings: allows you to control if you want to display book covers, authors, titles, ratings, and other information with your Goodreads block.
