New Jetpack Features: UTM Builder, Paid Subscriber Stats, Unlimited Social Shares, Share on Threads, And More

Welcome to another What’s New with Jetpack, which covers what we’ve been doing across the Jetpack suite of plugins. This month, we released great new features and continued improving existing ones.

UTM Builder

We’ve added a nifty new feature to the Jetpack Stats UTM dashboard module, which allows you to quickly create links with UTM parameters included and copy them to your clipboard.

This makes it easier than ever to have UTM links ready to share when marketing your content. If you want to learn more about UTM tracking, we’ve written a great guide here.

Paid Subscriber stats

If you’re running a Newsletter and growing your subscribers, you may also offer a Paid Newsletter. We’ve updated the subscriber growth chart, which now lets you see the growth in paid subscribers over time.

Jetpack Social, Threads and Unlimited Shares

I wrote about this important update here – we’ve added support for sharing your content on Threads and removed the share limits so you can write and share your content across all your social channels.

On-demand Backups

If you’re anything like I am when I’m coding or writing content, I hit “save” a lot with a worry that I might lose my work. Jetpack’s VaultPress Backup now has an on-demand backup button that lets you back up your site whenever possible. The “save button” for those of us who are anxious when making updates to our sites.

This helps if you’re about to update some plugins or your WordPress version and want to be doubly sure that your site is backed up before you hit update.

Jetpack Newsletter – Customer Story

I had a lovely chat with James Giroux about using Jetpack Newsletter and how the brand-new features (subscriber modal pop-up and others) helped him grow his Newsletter subscribers by over 50%.
