Export Subscribers

Export your email subscribers in a CSV file to import them into another platform.

You can export your subscribers by downloading a CSV file from your cloud.jetpack.com. Here’s how to do it step by step:

1. Head to cloud.jetpack.com/yoursiteurl
2. If you have multiple sites connected to Jetpack, select the site from which you want to export the subscribers.
3. Head to the Subscribers tab.
4. Click on the three vertical dots next to the +Add Subscribers button
5. Click on Download subscribers as CSV.
6. The CSV file will be downloaded to your computer.

After you export

Please ensure you can import your subscribers’ email to a different platform. As you’re moving someone else’s data out of a platform, they have granted permission to store their information, so you should comply with the GDPR regulations.
