How much does priority support cost?

Priority support is provided as part of all Jetpack paid plans. Compare and choose a plan from our pricing page.


Can I get a refund if I’m not happy?

If — for any reason — you’re not satisfied with our services,  we will issue a full refund within 14 days for yearly plans, and within 7 days for monthly plans. No questions asked.


How do I turn it on?

Simply install Jetpack, purchase a plan, and you will automatically be given priority when submitting a request. Just contact support and we’ll get back to you.
