Jetpack 7.6 is now available for download. This release expands Jetpack’s integration with the AMP plugin and improves security for Simple Payments.
Here’s more on what’s new this month:
AMP Plugin Compatibility
Ever since AMP was created to offer simpler, faster website interfaces for mobile devices, we’ve worked to ensure that Jetpack’s features work well with the AMP plugin.
This release changes three of your favorite Jetpack features, making them compatible with AMP:
- You can now see Related Posts on AMP views.
- If you use Jetpack’s Image CDN, you’ll now see AMP images rendered via our CDN.
- We’re now letting the AMP plugin style the Jetpack sharing buttons. And it won’t load any extra CSS, so your AMP pages are even faster than ever.
Security Changes for Simple Payments
Do you use Jetpack’s Simple Payments feature to sell products or collect donations? We’ve tightened security to limit the elements that can be added to the Title and Description fields to better protect your site visitors.
And more
As always, this release includes many other bug fixes and improvements. You can check the full changelog for more details. To use the latest version of Jetpack on your site, update your existing installation or install Jetpack.

Update caused some errors. I have reported them to your support team but wanted to notify users of the issues. I have reverted to jetpack-7.5.3 and the issue was corrected.
Here is the error:
